The staff at Recovery Physical Therapy in Pearl River are remarkable!
It’s easy to see that they enjoy their jobs.
First, they evaluate your needs & get to know you. They ask questions and listen to your concerns.
From then on, your therapist will keep you engaged throughout your session. They monitor your movements & offer alternatives if you are having difficulty.
While the therapist works with you to improve your strength & mobility, they are friendly & upbeat. They share stories & chit-chat. And they play a variety of music which helps time seem to move faster.

I have been to Recover for 3 different types of therapy. At the end of each of my prescribed visits, I felt stronger & was able to move freely. My pain level had reduced dramatically & I felt good.
Doing the right exercises & doing them correctly is absolutely a must. Doing them with this staff gives you a peaceful, easy feeling, like you are visiting friends.
